Project Overview
PulPit Mobility is an India-based startup in the travel and logistics space. They needed a technology platform to connect travel agents with cab drivers for seamless job allocation, bidding, and booking management.
The Challenge
Travel agents and cab drivers had no efficient digital platform to connect, negotiate prices, and manage bookings. All communication was manual, leading to delays, pricing inconsistency, and lost business.
